My Lord,

I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sum of Two million four hundred and

eighty-six thousand five hundred and seventy-seven Dollars and two Cents to defray the Charges of the

year 1930.

2. The customary report by the Attorney General is

enclosed.

3.

I have further to transmit in accordance with

Colonial Regulation No.239 the Appropriation Account for the year 1930 which embodies full information respecting the

excesses and savings under each sub-head of the Estimates

of Expenditure.

4. Copies of the Hansard Reports of the proceedings in Legislative Council, together with copies of the Treasurer's Report on the Finances for the year 1930 are enclosed. Report on
